This type of return does require a brief follow up to document the reaction and discuss a suitable alternative product. If you purchased this item directly from my clinic within the last 30 days, we will apply an in-house credit to your account for the purchase price. if you purchased this item from my distributor, Fullscript, you will need to contact them for a refund.
Returning Unopened Bottles
Most unopened products purchased within the last 30 days can be returned. Heat sensitive products are not returnable. Products purchased longer than 30 days ago are not returnable. If you would like to return a product purchased directly from my clinic, please call me at 612-250-2804 or send an email. If the return is accepted, we will apply an in-house credit to your account for the purchase price. If you would like to return a product purchased from my distributor, Fullscript, you will need to contact them for a refund.
Products Purchased Outside of My Clinic
If you purchased a product that I recommended elsewhere, I can not honor a refund for any reason.
